...for Very Bad Things to happen. Except they haven't.

We came, they tapped (her port), we infused. Then went home.

That was it.

B's felt a bit 'wubby,' hasn't puked once. The steroid before the chemo kept her up last night. Sorta. She says that, but she was asleep every time I checked on her last night.

But she's mostly okay so far! That's good.

Of course, now she's waiting for the OTHER Other shoe to drop now that she's had her Neulasta injection. During her NHL treatment, she had an earlier (probably experimental) version of a similar med when it cost $10K per injection. They'd weaken her to the point where she couldn't walk. Then again, she'd get four injections back then, which sure as (bleep) wouldn't fit in the single tiny plastic module taped to her arm. Right....?

So we wait. Hopefully, for nothing. For now.

The effects of treatment are cumulative, so Course Two is generally harder than the first.
