Bestest. Video. EVAR.
Once upon a time, there was this up-and-coming rapper who called himself Jay-Z. He rented fancy cars and a couple hours' filming time in other people's swanky houses for videos boasting he was 'rich.' After a few albums, he rapped that he wouldn't stop 'till he was the 'Hundred Million (Dollar) Man.'
Sometime in the middle of famous, he came across a young hungry producer-type who thought he could rap. And even sing. Perhaps he was a little better at laying beats than the latter--especially the third of those three--but there's something about enthusiasm that you simply can't bottle.
But what do you do years and years later? You know--when you're in your forties, bragging about your money is a TOTAL waste of time cuz Forbes magazine makes headlines of it any damned way, you literally earn a half-million a week when things are slow, your producer buddy sells his own platinum albums and rakes in a million-and-change a month and your WIFE earns another $30-60 million of her own cash every year?
You do this.
