And and AND overall, as a bedroom look...whaddayou think? Should I go timeless and classic? More contemporary? What floats your boat?

I give it an 8. It's very similar to ours, but we don't have drawers in the end of the bed, just a couple of huge dressers. I love the look of the cherry and I like the cedar lined drawers. I love the smell of the cedar when I'm getting my shirts out of the drawer.

What if it was mahogany instead? Any change in ratings...?

I prefer cherry myself, but I don't think mahogany would drop its rating any. I just like nice solid wood furniture.
