MIKE TICE FIRED!
Cya buddy!
The last coach worth mentioning--Dennis Green, of course--used to take the Vikes to the playoffs EVERY DAMN SEASON. Didn't matter which defensive stars they lost to teams with bigger budgets. Didn't matter which washed-up old guy quarterback they had. Every. Damn. Season.
Then every week at the press conferences, he'd tell those little pissant local sportscasters that they weren't shit. Wait. Got that wrong. They weren't shit, never were shit, weren't about to be shit and if he stepped in 'em he wouldn't even bother to look down and wipe them off his boot cz they're last winter's snowed on, thawed out, dried up and totally unrecognizable shit. Naturally, they'd bad-mouth him.
Then he got the personnel decisions. HE got Daunte. HE got Randy. The minute the Vikings had one bad season--just one after years of great performance--they kicked him out on his ass.
If Mike Tice had a high-top fade, they'd a thrown his meatball eatin' ass under the bus back when they shoulda and way the hell before they traded Randy. Dumb motha shut-yo-mouths.
