Frosting Babies!

So one fine Saturday, Da Babies and I decided to bake a carrot cake for dessert.
So what? No big deal, right?




With a normal family, you'd be right. But we AREN'T NORMAL.
These are kids who can't eat a meal in which they can't use their Lunch Lady Scoops.
Think about that.




So it goes without saying that this became the typical Babies production...




With pomp and splendour...




And even POSTERS.
This started off as a peaceful picture of people around the world joining hands with a carrot. As for the captions repeatedly telling everyone to "Shut up" and why "your Mom" had to be involved? You'll have to ask Da Midget. Perhaps she's a member of VeggiePeace or something...




Why Milk has to be for 'Old People' is equally unsettling.
I just like the baffled look on the cow!




Oh yeah! There was a cake in all this, wasn't there?
We decided to leave the layers separate for more frosting fun.
I drew a carrot and attempted to write 'Veggie Heads' in cursive on one.
I thought I was SO. KEWL. Dot com.





Which, of course, brings us back to the problem working with kids or pets.
You're bound to be upstaged.





Was. I. EVAR.





Once upon a time, this would be the end of a cute little story. Wouldn't it?
Actually it is!
Cuz part II will a little less cute. Scratch that. Not cute at ALL.
