Pictorial of the Week

Frosting Babies!

So one fine Saturday, Da Babies and I decided to bake a carrot cake for dessert.
So what? No big deal, right?

With a normal family, you'd be right. But we AREN'T NORMAL.
These are kids who can't eat a meal in which they can't use their Lunch Lady Scoops.
Think about that.

So it goes without saying that this became the typical Babies production...

With pomp and splendour...

And even POSTERS.
This started off as a peaceful picture of people around the world joining hands with a carrot. As for the captions repeatedly telling everyone to "Shut up" and why "your Mom" had to be involved? You'll have to ask Da Midget. Perhaps she's a member of VeggiePeace or something...

Why Milk has to be for 'Old People' is equally unsettling.
I just like the baffled look on the cow!

Oh yeah! There was a cake in all this, wasn't there?
We decided to leave the layers separate for more frosting fun.
I drew a carrot and attempted to write 'Veggie Heads' in cursive on one.
I thought I was SO. KEWL. Dot com.

Which, of course, brings us back to the problem working with kids or pets.
You're bound to be upstaged.

Was. I. EVAR.

Once upon a time, this would be the end of a cute little story. Wouldn't it?
Actually it is!
Cuz part II will a little less cute. Scratch that. Not cute at ALL.

Bon Appatee!

mmmmmmmmmmmm....carrot cake......*drools*

Don't you feel even a little bad for passing on those "abnormal" genes??

I guess not...neither do I. *GRINS*

I dunno.
Your kid looked pretty normal. :-P

Looking normal and being normal are two different animals. I can look and act normal too when I put my mind to it. *wink*

YUM!
I want some...long time since.

It's especially yum, cuz it's PINK!

Da babies are double trouble, but they are cute as hell.
And they have a good sense of humor, like you.

LP needs acting schools or workshops or SOMETHING.
She's has this scary proficiency for finding her character.

Not that I've released any real proof of it yet, but...
