Brits (and Okie Brits), Help Me Out
If you could only choose one park--Alton Towers or Thorpe Park, which would it be?
I mean, Thorpe Park has Colossus. An Intamin with ten inversions. Nothing like it on this continent.
I am Nicki-Minaj-on-Idol obsessed with it. Have been for years.

It's my little ladybug marshmallow I wanna eat it up *overly dramatic eyeroll* okay let's all pretend I didn't type that. Ahem.
But but BUT meanwhile Alton Towers is reportedly out to steal the World's Inversion Count Title with this.
Codename: Secret Weapon Seven. Official name: The Smiler.

WAIT WAIT don't get excited yet. The trains apparently go through another set of double inversions before going through the interlocked beauties you see in this construction pics. BUT WAIT FOR IT there's more. In addition to the--count 'em--eight inversions visible to construction, there are other indoor upside-downy moments. Rumored total vary between 13 and 14. Yes, you read correctly.
Oh, to hell with it. You don't have to be from the UK to comment.
If you could only choose one, which would it be...?
