The Trials & Tribulations of Driving a Nerd-Mobile
This commercial is WPP-larious.
My Babies would TOTALLY spoof the living (bleep) outta me if I left the car running with the phone plugged.
If ya don't know, I've already had Android Auto on my car since I bought it in July (it worked on Sonatas before any other car, regardless of make/model) and this was obviously concieved before the most recent update. I can punch the button (either touchscreen or steering wheel), spout off at the mouth, quickly end my sentence with 'Text to (Missus)' and the ball's a-rollin.
I'd never end my texts with 'send' tho. That's SUPER dumb. Unless you're imagining there's absolutely NO word substitutions in your text. Baaaahahahaahaha. HAAA haa haa. Let Google read it back to you first. Please do.
The beginning of this commercial, however? A lie. This would NOT happen unless your song had a fantastically obscure and unique title amongst every genre known to mankind. Mostly cuz Google Play Music is so in LOVE with itself and its own mangy lil' subscription service. He should have tried asking for a song that's already loaded on his phone. He'd have slammed into a phone pole, been thrown 40 feet from his car and crawled back--long bloody streaks on the pavement and all--to land a few more punches on his touchscreen before passing out.
Do I sound peeved? I might be. Slightly.
