...cuz this one was spent Pokeying and skipping Valleyfair. Tho at its end, there WAS this 40,000 CP Tyranitar raid at the local post office. Three or four people were already there, we showed up, another car came screaming in, THEY phoned in a minivan full of squealing kids. I asked them who was their best player, handed them my tablet, barked at 'em 'bout ma Level 35 with the Dragonites and Shiny Gyrados and WHO CARES just JACK THE MONSTER WITH IT and I wish I'd recorded the carnage on one of my devices. It looked like a scene from The Avengers versus Godzilla if only the Avengers were a buncha weird furry lil' multicolored shits. And it STILL took two full minutes of Earthquakes, launched rhino horns, high pressure water hoses, Hyper Beams and whatever else we could fire to take him down. After which I quickly fetched my tablet back. It's a damned good one, k? Seriously! It's a second-gen NVIDIA Shield! Faster tablets cost 2-3 times as much....where was I? Oh yes.

Father's Day weekend was Valleyfair's Food Truck Festival.

Starring the Cave Cafe. EAT THIS MAN'S FOOD. He makes this amazing Afro-Italian stuff BUT he lives in Minne-Derpin-Sota so he also sells Dumbed Down Shit for the Hot Dish Crowd. I'm sure his hamburger and chicken quesadillas still taste great. But Fuck That. Eat his real food!
