5:25 - Alarm goes off
5:35 - In workouts, second set of clothes hanging in the car. Backing out the driveway
6 AM - 75 crunches, Lifefitness resistance machine, as 3x25 at 340 pounds. That's the stack. Typically, I do a hundred, but time's a factor. Likewise with the twists. Cut em to 25 in each direction. Slight groaning ensues.
6:48 AM - 4 miles completed in 42 minutes, 14 seconds. Amongst my community, that's considered a brisk jog, not a run. I concur.

7:21 - logging in for my 10.5 hour workday, typically sans lunch.
Because I did this...? I'll do an event this evening. See, this is 'moving things around' on MY level.
