She's finally scheduled her CPAP visit today. She's presented it to me as if THEY'VE put her off this long. Heh. I'm not stupid. I've seen this woman self-advocate when she wants to.

Anyhoo, I've given her a lot of advice. We'll see which bits she takes and leaves. The technology's SO much better than when I last needed one.

I also strongly advised a trial nap, but 'we'll see if I have time.' Good Lord. I'm so dumb at something I've actually LIVED thru a number of years
