Where's Da Babies?

Since I'm hearing about my delays with the videos this morning, I might as well explain this to you all.
This project has eaten so much of my spare time I'm not even posting as much I should or would like to. Progress is slow and painstaking as I get the hang of Move Maker, come to grips with what I'd like to do and frankly, let the stories themselves come to me.
It's pretty rare that I crank ANYTHING out that same day or weekend. The original Turkey Babies was shot in the first week of October, then posted Thanksgiving week--and that was only still photos.
But this thing--THIS one--is a monster. There's probably an hour and a half of raw footage involved for what I originally conceived as three one-minute clips. Most of it is actually quite good for varied and sundry reasons.
I may comb a seven-minute raw tape, break it down into maybe 20+ individual pieces, sort them for suitability as blooper reel, behind the scenes or (gasp!) actual segment goodness, then eventually stitch the best pieces back together.
Yesterday was a private screening of the only three segments assembled so far--Da Midget's Super Spazz Reel, My bloopers and Psycho...Logical. The ex and Da Babies howled. They also saw raw footage of LP's Turkey Torture idea, which was clearly the strongest single concept of the bunch. It was obvious to them how much better the completed clips are than the raw footage alone.
Someday you'll all get to see that.
Just not today.
Or tomorrow.
Next week isn't looking good either...

Particularly the jumping up and down part. :-P
