I haven't been able to take my eyes off the Coretta Scott King ceremony.
Humbling, sobering, amazing, historic.
And very telling--when you listen to each participants.
Thank goodness for Internets.
Thank goodness for twin 19" monitors so I can work and keep it in the other screen.
And thank goodness I missed Dubya.

But far beyond that...
Thank goodness for everyone who stood up--African-American, Caucasian, Jewish, right-hearted regardless of ethnicity, religious background or ideology--so I could be where I am today and so my kids could live a rather comfortable middle-class life.
