BIG YAY: The weather. It's abso-friggin-lutely PERFECT.
Boo: Report card day for Da Babies yesterday:
BIG YAY: Da Midget got an A- in math????? She's been getting extra help most of this year. Trust me. The ex and I are still scratching our heads!
Boo: LP reported she had bad grades. Didn't even bring her card home. Don't ask.
BIG YAY: The ex will let me report one of Da Babies on this year's taxes!
Boo: I'm still gonna owe hundreds of dollars. But if I'm lucky, maybe less than $1000.
BIG YAY: I ran a 5K today! Yup yup, yes I did! My first in at least two years if EVER.
Boo: My knees hurrrrrrrt after running. And I swear they felt strangely warm.
Yay: But that was only for about 15 minutes.
Boo: The ex is talking about selling the house again. AND moving out of state with my children.
Yay: She's the ex, so give her thirty seconds to change her mind.
Boo: One of my coworkers pretty much said he didn't give a crap about his caseload.
Bigger Boo: He said this in a meeting in front of everybody. Really motivates me to help you.
Yay: In the middle of his blathering I figured out one of his weaknesses and adjudicated four of his claims in a little over an hour. Virtually a new speed record!
Well, off to Job #2 in my short-sleeved uniform.
If you live where I do, GET OUT IN THE WEATHER.
Better yet--hunt me down and molest me! XD
