A really quick shout-out

Hey everybody. I'm at a coffee house with free internets in the second-largest city in Manitobaland. I'd just phone in a message if I could, because it would be quicker. Oh, who am I kidding? I still can but but BUT that would involve all sorts of nasty roaming fees and it would cost a bit and given the time Brenda's already put into calls already, I Just Plain Won't.

What a working vacation this has turned out to be. Thus far, we've done not one, but TWO Canadian registries (or at least thought we were gonna--more on that later), seen the florist, a baker, the decorator, the photographer, the church and we're on our way to see the pastor. The reception hall meeting is tomorrow and last night were merging the Canadian and Yankee invitation lists.

Busy busy busy busy busy.

Brenda has worked so hard to take care of me and my little whining nagging 'needs' and voice what she wants things to look like and more importantly, NOT to look like on our big day. I think at one point, I almost told her to throw our decorator out of the nearest window. But once she started LISTENING (no no NO {bleep} we do NOT want your freakin' trellis and silly little vines, no matter how many times you keep showing us photos of it, thinking we'll change our minds) she and that lady got along just fine

Well, gotta go. More later. But I always say that...don't I?

Ooohhhh, wedding planning! FUN! (And actually I totally meant that--no sarcasm here!) You have a decorator though? That sounds like money spent that could be saved, to me, but hey it's YOUR wedding.

Have you already told us the date that was set?

Honey, I got so much going on in my life, I don't have room in my head to store stuff like that. If you don't wanna tell me, that's your prerogative. I'll figure it out eventually I suppose.
